LuGenie never collects, uploads or shares your prompts, photos, audio, text or anything you create. There are no accounts, no ads and no tracking. The only data that leaves your device is anonymous purchase information, described under Subscriptions below.
All of LuGenie's intelligence — chat, writing, translation, text recognition, document and barcode scanning, image and pose analysis, speech-to-text, sound recognition and image generation — runs entirely on your device using Apple's own frameworks (including Apple Intelligence / Foundation Models, Vision, Speech, Translation, Sound Analysis, Natural Language and Core ML).
LuGenie does not send your prompts, photos, audio, text or any other content to any third-party AI service or external server. Processing happens locally on your iPhone or iPad.
Camera, photos, microphone and speech access are used only for the tool you actively open, and only on your device. You can revoke them anytime in Settings. Nothing is uploaded.
Purchases are handled by Apple via the App Store using In-App Purchase. We never see or receive your payment details.
To manage subscriptions and understand how the app is doing, LuGenie uses RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives your purchase history (such as the product, price, purchase and renewal dates) linked to a random, anonymous ID generated by the app — not to your name, email or Apple Account. This data is used only for app functionality and aggregate analytics, never for tracking or advertising. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
