These Terms govern your use of LuTask ("the App"). By using the App you agree to them.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country (at least 13).
You agree not to use the App unlawfully, to upload content you have no right to, to harass other users, or to disrupt or attempt to breach the service. You are responsible for the content you create and share.
When you share projects or send messages, you grant other members access to that content for the purpose of collaboration. You retain ownership of your content.
LuTask offers an optional annual subscription ("Pro") for people who manage shared projects. Pro unlocks unlimited shared projects, unlimited members, team chat, mentions and project statistics. Growing a team beyond the free tier requires Pro; people you invite can participate for free. A free trial may be offered for new subscribers. Purchases are processed by Apple and billed to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
We aim to keep the App available but provide it "as is" without warranties. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data beyond our reasonable control. Keep your own backups of important information.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
