These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the LuNote mobile application ("App") developed by LuNote Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

LuNote offers the following subscription plans, available via In-App Purchase:

All prices are shown in Turkish Lira (₺) and may vary by region based on App Store pricing. A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers (no credit card required during trial).
New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends. Only one free trial per Apple ID.
All notes, tasks, recordings, and other content you create in LuNote ("User Content") remain yours. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the content you create and store in the App.
You agree not to use LuNote to create, store, or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
LuNote uses OpenAI's API for AI writing assistance, transcription, and meeting summaries. When you use these features, relevant content (text or audio) is sent to OpenAI's servers. We recommend not submitting sensitive or confidential information through AI features. Use of AI features is subject to OpenAI's Usage Policies.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use the App at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuNote Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
LuNote does not create server-side user accounts. To delete all your data, simply delete the App from your device. This permanently removes all locally stored notes, tasks, and recordings. For iCloud data, go to iPhone Settings → iCloud → Manage Storage → LuNote → Delete Data.
To cancel your subscription before deleting the app, go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → LuNote → Cancel Subscription.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall prevail with respect to Apple's role as a third-party beneficiary.
